Return and Refund Policy
At Micky's Magic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with French and European Union consumer protection laws.
Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your jewellery, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to our customer service team at tamaraa.mkh@gmail.com. You may use the withdrawal form available on our website or send us a clear written statement.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Any certificates of authenticity or documentation must be included
- Items must be returned in their original jewellery box or pouch
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, or due to their personalized nature:
- Earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions)
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewellery pieces
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or certificates
How to Return Your Item
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at tamaraa.mkh@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and our return address.
Step 3: Carefully package your jewellery in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
Step 4: You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at tamaraa.mkh@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
For defective or damaged items:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or replacement, at your choice
- The 14-day return period does not apply—we will accept returns of defective items beyond this period in accordance with legal warranty obligations
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Legal Warranty
In addition to your right of withdrawal, all our jewelry is covered by the legal warranty of conformity for a period of 2 years from delivery, as required by French and EU consumer law. If a defect appears within this period, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
