At Micky's Magic, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and costs.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- France (Metropolitan): All regions of mainland France
- European Union: All EU member states
- International: Selected countries outside the EU
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. A physical delivery address is required for all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During peak periods (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use reliable carriers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely:
Within France:
- Standard Shipping (La Poste Colissimo): 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping (Chronopost): 1-2 business days
European Union:
- Standard EU Shipping: 4-7 business days
- Express EU Shipping: 2-4 business days
International:
- International Standard: 7-14 business days
- International Express: 3-7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and order value. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping:
- Orders over €150 to France: FREE standard shipping
- Orders over €300 to EU countries: FREE standard shipping
Standard Rates:
- France: €6.90 (for orders under €150)
- EU countries: €12.90 (for orders under €300)
- International: €19.90
Express Shipping:
- France Express: €14.90
- EU Express: €24.90
- International Express: €39.90
Actual rates may vary based on package weight and destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date

6. Delivery and Signature
Signature Required: For security purposes and due to the value of our jewellery, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Attempts: If you are not available to sign for your package:
- The carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
- You may be able to redirect the package to a nearby pickup point
- After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us
Safe Place Delivery: We do not offer "leave at door" delivery for jewellery orders to ensure your items are received safely.
7. Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit. The insurance value is based on your order total.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged:

- Provide your order number and tracking information
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Within France and EU: All prices include French VAT. No additional customs fees or import duties apply for shipments within the European Union.
International Orders (outside EU):
- Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country
- You (the customer) are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes
- These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Micky's Magic
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to us; you will be responsible for return shipping costs
9. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 48 hours at [your email address]
- We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse the delivery; accept it and note the damage
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before shipment.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Customer did not collect package after delivery attempts
You will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- Reshipping costs if you wish to have the order sent again
11. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations or to require alternative shipping methods for high-value orders.
12. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday periods and peak shopping seasons:
