Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

Shipping Areas: We ship to specific countries/regions, e.g., France, European Union countries.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin from the date of order confirmation. These are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order value and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your jewellery.
